On boarding - Fantastic start to finish, always kept up to date & always friendly. Interesting projects and challenging work at times - hard work is rewarded at VNS. Bonus & a pay rise in a Covid year - totally unexpected!
Cons
Business systems are somewhat disjointed but plans are in place to form a more cohesive approach.
