Pros
Decent pay. An educational foot in the industry. Some say the least bad environmental company. The first couple promotions go quick and there is vertical movement if you're willing to move.
Cons
Long hours. Unpredictable. They run a skeleton crew so everyone is wearing more than one hat. Communication internally and with our clients is terrible, but considered normal. Training could be better.
