Well known brand. Relaxed culture. Pay is ok
Cons
Stop wasting staff's time on performance review if you can't allow them to grow by transferring inter company. As far I know not a single employee from Energy division was ever given opportunity in other divisions. At least not me, I applied 3 times but no success.
