Pros
Exposed to varied technology and an eclectic mix of individuals. Well paid and good terms and conditions generally. Generally a fairly relaxed environment in which to work.
Cons
They certainly do not hold true to most of their corporate values. Truth and Honesty deserts senior personnel where jealousy and fear for job or being overshadowed demonstrates inordinate bias. Incompetence is rewarded. HR only exist to perform the functions of Company and not you personally. Disorganized on some levels with incompetents retained in senior positions. No real career prospects.
