The company is engaged daily in the important work of environmental improvement. There are reliable and predictable business practices from the top down. There is a people-oriented perspective where you don't always have to watch your back. The leadership is forward-thinking and prepares the company to thrive in a difficult industry.
Cons
Engagement in individuals' career paths is lacking. More attention could be paid to training and advancement of staff. Some management is conflict-averse and they are slow to move poor managers.
