Great staff of people for the most part.
Cons
They couldn't care less about their employees. Cut most employees salary by 40%, some got no pay for 90 days, and some got laid off. The numbers don't add up. The company definitely took a hit due to Covid19 but to make drastic cuts like that were unbelievable. Everyone I have spoken to is already looking for other jobs and not waiting for things to go back to normal. When everything goes back to normal, they will have lost the people that make this company what it is. Nobody wants to be part of this company anymore. They should have taken some of the losses as a company instead of pushing down all the losses on employees. To top it off, the CEO said that salaries will go back to normal "when it makes economic sense". That just sounds like a permanent pay cut to me. It could take years to get back to our normal salaries. Hopefully I won't be around much longer.
