So while working for VenturePact you actually are a part of problem solvers and isn't that a good thing to help someone for betterment? 2. It is a fast growing startup with flat structure, great and supportive founders. 3. Working remotely is a great experience as it is completely flexible and freedom of working. More firms should try adopting remote workplace culture.

I don't see any cons but below are points that need attention on your part due to working remotely: 1. Effective communication is the key - so everyone has to communicate as much as possible; it is good actually because it binds the teams together and ensures smooth workflow 2. Flexibility sometimes leads to complacency on the employee's part and one should try avoiding that. Rest is all good as it depends on the individual to perform well.
