      Unorganized company, no structure, part of the company is on one CRM system and the other part of the company is on another CRM system, too many processes to process an order, no direction in the company, no promotion in the company, low commissions, etc.

      Plenty of hard to find, quality talent in a niche industry. Venture provides a positive, flexible working environment with lots of growth opportunity.

      Cons

      Long range growth goals can sometimes get in the way of day to day operations. No structured, formal training for people who are new to the IT industry.
