A fantastic environment for success - Director Ventula Consulting Employee Review

Ventula is hands down the best environment I have worked in during my time in recruitment. The two founding directors have built an excellent platform to allow their employees to be successful in what I have sometimes found to be a cut throat and selfish industry. There is a clear career path in place for both junior and experienced consultants joining the team combined with a very good commission scheme. As a Director, I am well supported but not micromanaged or held to aggressive KPIs which has allowed me to impart a consultative approach to recruitment to my team. This has resulted in 3 very successful years at the business. For Ventula’s size, they have an incredibly strong client base that boasts some extremely big brands that all employees gain exposure to. As a business we have had no attrition in 2018 but instead added to the team which for me is testament to how well treated the team is. It is about working smart not long hours at Ventula. Generally it is 8.30am - 6pm working hours and employees are able to go to the gym or for a break away from the desk for an hour at lunch if they want which is encouraged as it has improved productivity in the office. This is a fantastic place to learn the skills required to be a successful recruitment consultant.
