Pros
Easy job, flexible working and great for connections to move forward. Your job feels protected (once you pass the limit of them not being able to make you redundant without compensating you)
Cons
-no *SET* career progression, can sometimes be due to favouritism -Awful pay/bonus scheme - No more living wage They pride themselves on rewarding top performers however there is no reason the business cannot afford to make sure everyone is on a living wage whilst still rewarding top performers. -No one, especially clients, really listen to the voices of people doing the actual work.
