Pros
- Great Company Culture: corporate events, lunches, meaningful effort by management to engage employees - Managers have genuine intent and goals to help employees progress through the company - Though a small company, opportunities for growth are possible - Work Life Balance is great, very understanding management team of personal events/needs - Employees are very much like friends and make the work environment much more positive and fun - Strong emphasis of accountability in this role helps develop character - Even though it is Account Management role - there are definitely sales aspects tied to it. Helps you grow as both an Account Manager and Account Executive - I've learned a tremendous amount in my time at Venngo and feel like I'm making a difference in helping my clients drive sales
Cons
- Product is dated... looks like it hasn't been changed since 2001 - Company can be too cautious at times in its approach to trying new things and results in dreadfully slow decision-making and roll out of things. - Frustrating when working with different departments as there's lacking communication and transparency. - Salary increases are infrequent and can't be reliably expected year over year (even to cover inflation) - Office is in an inconvenient and sketchy location (Rexdale & Kipling)
