      Training is great for newbies

      Level of performance is generally low, and even if you are performing pay is atrocious. VEry old school, crazy micromanagement, no real development.

      Pros

      I had a great experience as an intern in the Finance department. Everyone was so kind and willing to answer my questions. I felt welcomed and part of the team, and I felt that the work I was doing was actually making a difference
