Pros

I’ve been working here for last 3+yrs, and I’ve seen some very positive changes recently. With the new management in place, there is a clear and strong focus on employee welfare. The work culture has improved significantly, making it more supportive and people-centric. We’ve shifted to a new office, which brings a fresh and happy atmosphere—bright, well-organized, and conducive to productivity. The company has also improved key policies, including a good salary hike, better travel policies, and additional allowances such as personal and family insurance. Flexible working hours now provide much-needed work-life balance.

Cons

If you enjoy spending quality time in traffic, you’ll love the area around the office – Mumbai’s famous traffic is everywhere

Pros

Ownership, career growth, supportive leadership, innovative environment. I’ve had the opportunity to work at Vendiman during a period of rapid growth, and it has been a truly rewarding experience. The company gives you real ownership from day one — you’re not just executing, but actively shaping outcomes. This makes the learning curve steep, but also very fulfilling. The leadership team is approachable, open to new ideas, and genuinely invested in building both the business and its people. There’s a culture of collaboration and trust where high performance is recognized, and experimentation is encouraged. Vendiman is not a place for those looking for a slow, structured corporate life — it’s fast-paced and dynamic. But if you enjoy responsibility, innovation, and seeing your ideas come to life, it’s an excellent place to grow.

Cons

Fast pace may feel challenging for those who prefer stability.

Pros

Leadership empowers you to take ownership and is always open to hearing and supporting your decisions. Salaries are always paid on time. 5-day working schedule ensures good work-life balance. Appraisals and promotions are based on performance. Open and transparent work culture with no room for politics.

Cons

Being an asset-oriented industry, the work requires significant investment and upkeep. Extensive ground operations with high levels of commitment can be challenging. High cost of operations puts pressure on margins. Vendor payment delays can sometimes create operational hurdles.
