There are very interesting opporunities and projects to work on. No busywork - all seem fairly meaningful to improve professional growth.

Local site is small, although part of a larger multinational company. Difficult for advancement, although there are potential opporunities for high performers.

Management Team, and worker population.

Older plant has it's challenges.
