Pros
Company at one time was filled with very smart, senior mgt, sales reps, SEs, and developers who were focused and committed to customer success, but that has changed dramatically over the past year. New sales reps & SEs are making money in the short term off of the legacy effort.
Cons
Executive Mgt and Sales Leadership only focused on perceived valuation / share price pursuing an acquisition or IPO at any and all costs, including replacing all the legacy employees with new people who will not challenge any decisions made by Exec Mgt. Extreme junior sales tactics approach with daily forecast calls and motivation by fear to hit numbers, not worried as much about customer success.
