      decent starting salary, nice location

      Cons

      terrible raises and bonuses, can work hard and take on more responsibility, but unless you kiss some serious butt, you will not be promoted

      The other attorneys and staff are great. The New York office was recently renovated and is amazing.

      Salaries are lower than the top firms, but work life balance is better.
