      Pros

      - Good team members. Depends on the team. A few people in the DevOps team have good knowledge and caring the burden on their shoulders. - They allow you to work from home remotely

      Cons

      - No vision after the merger. No one knows what is going around. - Layoffs overnight. Already 4 rounds of Layoffs in 6 months - No promotion or career progression - Pay disparity. The same role in SBG is paid 1.5 times for the same role - Sales team is Joke. They only do talking and PR and hardly any sales.
