      Good peer culture; Good canteen food, salary okayish, depends on your TA negotiations..It also depends on your manager, if your experience is being manipulated/cornered or flexible like mine (for eg: my boss was good with me, but her boss was targetting me after I resigned)

      Lack of job stability, organisation level strategy unclear due to repeated high managment changes

      Full remote Mission driven Best coworkers in the business New CEO seems to be pretty legit, but this is a heavy lift
