      Pros

      Lots of good people, the environment feels very good. The pay is a bit higher than normal (or used to be). Technology is very good and interesting. Lots to learn.

      Cons

      There have been significant budget cuts. HR does not care about people only the company (which sadly is the norm). Career growth opportunities feel limited. While the initial salary was competitive, pay raises have been quite low, and financial constraints seem to be tightening. The bonus used to be very good, but now it is less than a paycheck. Company events used to be awesome, but now they are just poor. Super tight budget.

      Pros

      Velocix has great products and vision to continue to evolve them to maintain best in class status. The products are in a growing industry (video streaming) and they continue to train the team while utilizing great technology which keeps it motivating for the new and existing employees. Management is very approachable, work is flexible and all ideas are considered. The management overhead is low and decisions are made quickly.

      Cons

      company lacks name recognition inside local hiring locations but has great brand recognition with target customers

      Video Technology company with good teamwork Good environment offices at Legacy Plano Good compensations and Benefits Work/life balance

      Cons

      Small Company (less than 300 HC) in constrain No too many opportunities to grow
