We have a high standard to how we do things and I can see how my professional knowledge and abilities had grown in the time that passed since I joined Velocity. We develop and sell a product that makes a huge impact on how developers work and collaborate. I feel part of something really meaningful.

It's an early stage start up so the pace is fast and as we're very attentive to feedback and market needs, one need to be able to adapt quite quickly.

First and foremost, when I considered joining, it was refreshing to see such a diverse group of talented, egoless people working together. That's a must in a company so small! Velocity solves a huge problem that every company developing a product faces. It's great to see the potential in such a new market. The company is innovative, and its technology is exciting; we are nimble and can move fast when needed. Exciting customer-centric work environment.
