Pros
Velo respects, and rewards, hard work. There is so much room to grow and learn, and management sees when people are going above and beyond. Upper level management is the most hands-on I’ve ever seen. They’re not just watching from a pedestal, they are more than willing to wear whatever pants the company may currently need at the moment. My highest accolades and respect to the leaders of Velo
Cons
… I sat here and thought for a moment about this question: Cons? I haven’t encountered any thus far, but maybe that’s my personality. I had a sort of “sink or swim” initiation into my role, but I respected that. Neither of us wanted to waste the other’s time. I believe Velo is good at determining off-the-bat if someone is compatible or not, though this process may be a tad jarring to some.
