10yWe’re sorry to hear that you weren’t pleased with your experience at VelaPoint. As a function of our many and varied relationships with partners, there are high expectations for scripting and branding. However, we’re updating our systems and training to makes the process more streamlined, allowing the focus to be on consultative insurance sales, which has always been VelaPoint’s goal.
We’ve also rolled out new bonus programs as well as group benefits for eligible full-time employees.
