Friendly employees and management! Doctors who work here are great and down to earth. Very flexible with time off and personal needs. Was pretty good at yearly raises and bonuses.
Cons
Not much room to grow up in the company. Communication in sometimes not as good as it should be. Healthcare field has changed a lot more rules and data tracking that does not necessarily benefits the patient. Just the government needed to collect data and the company has to comply or be subjected to a fine.
