Pros
I’ve only been at Ridgeline since December 2019, so it has not been that long. However, I will say that Ridgeline is a wonderful place to work, where it is a joy to come into the office every day. The company hires some very talented and exceptionally bright people. While my office only has two people in it right now, like the company, we will be growing very quickly. If you want to get in on the ground floor of somewhere with a bright future, this is the place.
Cons
Because the company just turned five years old, it is going through a lot of growing pains right now. So, you need to be flexible and adaptable. Other than that, I can’t think of any issues I’ve had. Ridgeline is like my second family.
