None. I cannot think of a positive reason to work for this company.

Cons

Working at Vehlo has been a mixed bag, but mostly frustrating. There is very little room for growth, and promotions feel based more on favoritism than on actual performance. The career paths are unclear, and it often feels like you are stuck in the same place, no matter how hard you work. Leadership does not help much. Management tends to micromanage, and some of the higher-ups come across as ego-driven and disconnected from the teams doing the actual work. Trust is hard to build when you do not feel heard or supported. The culture is where things fall apart. There is a noticeable sense of nepotism and favoritism, with certain people being fast-tracked simply because of who they know, not what they contribute. This creates a divide where hard work often goes unnoticed while select individuals are rewarded regardless of performance.

Cons

Growth. There isn’t any. This is a fly by your seat company and things change on a daily basis because there is not enough employees and you just get tasked with more job duties. No one takes much accountability and expects the lower level employees to figure most of it out. You end up doing more than your job entails to take care of a customer. They do not value your time or effort so no need to out perform or try to prove your worth as it doesn’t matter.
