Pros
A great place for entry level employees to grow and learn.
Cons
This growth and learning comes at a cost. Senior management is grossly incompetent and doesn't supervise middle management. Left to its own devices, middle management runs out the clock while employees founder. The good employees who know better leave while the bad ones stick around. What entry level employees will learn from this is how NOT to run a company. Vehlo's prime directive amounts to little more than a Ponzi scheme. Their parent company raises venture capital to buy up smaller companies and then recapitalizes them to finance those purchases. I watched them annihilate the growth of one company and shrink revenue back to pre-acquisition levels. All of that was avoidable with competent senior management. Senior management avoids vocational assessments like the plague. It's the same with written playbooks and key performance indicators. Why? To protect their jobs!
