Pros
No pros at all, the training is paid but as it's extremely low, that is also not a pro.
Cons
Low hourly rate. In the beginning they offered 4 usd per hour. Then it became 3.80 usd and after all those deductions and fees, hourly rate goes down to 3 usd roughly and they lack of competent people. So they promote skilless newbies as leads or supervisors. These so-called leads do not know anything about the project and when you ask some questions, or they address some other people to ask or they answer with another question, changing the subject and finally leaving your question unanswered. They also set a 40 hours per week rule: do not exceed 40 hrs per week and do not work less than 40 hrs. Fine. But when I asked for tasks for the weekend, one of those incompetent and hostile leads did not answer me and that week I was not able to complete 40 hours. Then the following week same drama again. And they are arrogant enough to tell you clearly they don't work over weekends so you shouldn't bother them asking questions while they enjoy their weekend. This person is a lead for Italian team but she is not an Italian speaker. So I leave it to your imagination what kind of mickey mouse organization is in question here. Stay away.
