Pros

Veeva offers fair pay and the stock price has way exceeded expectations adding a nice pay bonus for most employees

Cons

Once Veeva's co-founder and former President retired to the board, the company culture has gone downhill fast with little respect paid to many of the hard people that helped build the company up to its current level of success. Only a select group of people the CEO likes and knows get opportunities to move and grow within the organization. The new president isn't focused on Product success but rather growing business consulting services and bringing on former buddies from Accenture and Penn State whether they're qualified or not. The result is lots of new senior people in positions in which they don't have the experience to implement and perform at a high level. There are a ton of people hanging around purely to wait until their restricted stock units vest and not because they want to be there.

Pros

People in your class are mostly great

Cons

Technically I am a Senior Associate. Day before promotions, got rid of promotion to Supervisor for everyone. Demoted certain people in the Analytics department. Imagine working for a promotion for 2 years and getting great feedback by your manager and everyone in your class is told never mind. They likely did it due to the high turnover - many people would leave post-promotion for better opportunities. Regardless, cruel and unprofessional Poor management/leadership, large blame culture, poor pay w/ minimal raises, high turnover, minimal diversity. I know some women being paid less than their male counterparts. I know the Analytics Services Associate job posting seems interesting, but everyone I know who’s here is looking to leave because it is so toxic and defeating, even when you’re doing “great”. I would never grow my career here, specifically in Crossix.
