Pros
Remote working is very acceptable so you can be based anywhere (as long as you can travel). Share options. A fast growing company that looks great on the CV. Decent comp (in the part of the company where I work anyway)
Cons
"Employee success" is a core value but sadly is now becoming a bit of an in-joke, pressure is on to tighten margins and make sales with little support to employees. With the remote working comes the expectation you are always available at any time or day. A fast growing company has meant that managers who were there early are now senior though not always the best people and career progression now limited. Has a "hire & fire" culture rather than trying to support employees will just terminate them.
