Pros
- company mobile plan: you get a sim card, private use allowed - fruits for free - bonus at year end - flexible working hours
Cons
- work is not interesting, you learn nothing: they segment each task so that you just act as a robot. They are not interested in improving processes, actually they even are reluctant to do so. - constantly under pressure: they do not hire enough employees for the work to be achieved. - mobile phone + laptop : you have to be available and reachable even during the weekend. Boss and colleagues reach out to you for work reasons unexpectedly, so you can never shut down from work. - bad location: their building is in Ruisbroek, in a kind of abandoned zone, about 5m away from the Ruisbroek train station, where you have 2 trains / hour. Trains are always delayed and it is difficult to get there. - the building in itself is not well maintained, making work conditions unpleasant (restrooms are dirty, light bulbs are not changed for weeks,...) - unprofessional work environment: some of the colleagues behave beyond what one can expect from a workplace. Ex: very loud music all day long, coarse talks between colleagues, there are no limits, no respect, no value for diversity and no inclusion. - team building activities are all about drinking and partying, encouraged by the management team. - Management is novice and does not inspire: the manager does not care about your personal development. Worse: he does not care about your skills and knowledge. Very quickly you'll have the impression that you are responsible for everything, just because they don't take their own responsibilities.
