Pros
Good career start if you have just graduated. I would never thought about working in IT if it wasnt for Veeam, now i have good connections network and can apply for much better positions in other companies. good commissions 2-3 times a year
Cons
The more company grows the more it becomes a corporate machine that chews up its employees. Constant meetings, constant monitoring, junior management knows every day how may calls/emails/skype convos you've done, what non-work related website you have browsed etc, total feeling of big brother which is awful. No time for proper sales or initiative, you just get kicked for everything, work never finishes and you just have to learn to forget about it and go home, otherwise you would have to live in the office. I still have the need to stay in the office till 9-10 pm to cpmplete all tasks and reports not really related to actula sales process. I have 4 junior "bosses" that would always kick me and remind that i need to do tasks. Pay: generally lower than medium depending on the position. Very aggressive sales, young people's energy is being used full throttle, which inevitably causes people ot burn out rather soon.
