Vedhas is not a good place to start or build your career. Internships are often extended many times. A 3-month internship is stretched to 6–8 months without any clear reason.
Even after working for a long time, full-time jobs are not given. Many interns keep working with hope, but in the end, nothing happens.
The work environment is bad. There is no proper training or guidance. One team lead has very little technical knowledge, but is very good at office politics. This means she focuses more on personal favoritism than real work.
If you don’t agree with her or don’t take part in politics, your growth is stopped. Hard work and skills are not valued here
