      Very supportive team. Seniors are available to guide you whenever you need help. Flexible work hours. Very good behaviour from team members.

      Cons

      Lack of employee benefits. Sometimes, work hours get stretched but you're paid according to the time allotted for each piece of content.

      The work environment is good Great relationships get forged between employees during the work hours as there are a certain freedom to say anything

      Cons

      The management and HR do not recognise and value talent. They are forever looking for work machines who can churn out acceptable quality work through their life span. Lack of innovation.
