Technical Recruiter - IT Recruiting Manager Vector Talent Resources Employee Review

Pros

Some of the coworkers. Some of the events the events they host on-site are a great idea for networking.

Cons

Where to start? I believe some of the reviews posted on Vector Technical Resources are really meant for for Vector Talent Resources. It's the same logo. There really is one person who is cancer to this company. And management knows who it is. Turnover is common in this industry, but so many people leave because of this one person. No one wants to work under someone ultra condescending, who can't even look up from their computer to look at you when you're asking a question. It's a tough environment when your boss tells you everyday how great she is, and how smart she is.

Pros

Remote work/great leadership/fun co-workers, family friendly.

Cons

Focus is on Government Contracting, cleared, commercial and non-profit so you do have to know how to recruit on a variety of positions.

Pros

Nice people but all got laid off before they closed the doors on one side of the business

Cons

Money flow issues due to CEO personally spending while not paying people (contractors as well as internal employees) on-time. Bad business decisions that are knee jerk and hurt the bottom line.
