Pros

Maybe it depends what branch you're in but my boss is super chill, good balance of funny/laid back and efficient/productive, and to me it's really important to have an approachable boss I can talk to if I need something or have questions etc. After training you can pretty much pick your own schedule, the work is generally pretty easy after a little bit of practice, the pay is great, and you can work as little or as much as you want. You are incentivized to sell as much as possible but you're paid whether you sell anything or not, so that's really nice.

Cons

If you're a really agreeable person who really hates to be pushy you may be a little uncomfortable with the sales tactics because like almost any other sales job this one requires you to call people you know and try to get them to buy something. You get used to it with time but it can be hard at first.

Pros

I’ve been here 5 days so far and have had such an easy time selling! The product is so good that it practically sells itself after making a genuine human connection with the person you’re showing the product to. Not only that, but you choose who you speak to and when. I personally have a very busy life and I can work around it whether it’s in person or over the phone. YOU make your own schedule.

Cons

Obviously with sales appointments you’re going to have cancellations. That is the only con I can come up with and it’s not even the company’s fault. Everybody has a life and emergencies happen.

Pros

Very encouraging they want you to succeed so they push you when you can’t push yourself and when even when things are hard, you’re growing through them and therefore he come in better and they highlights that

Cons

Training days are long, but if you pay attention, you get a wall out of it, starting up, you have to remember to be consistent because the people who are doing what you want to be doing where you want to be how much you want to be making started the same way as you did and it’s consistency that shapes how much you do and discipline
