      Pros

      Good salary for area and the terms and conditions are excellent. Health and safety focused and with clean working conditions.

      Cons

      Weak management with no accountability for poor work or behaviour. More focussed on revenue than dealing with issues. Need fresh people with fresh ideas.

      I have been employed with Vector Aerospace for 15 years. I had planned to retire here but the company will be closing within the next month.

      I have nothing bad to say about the company.

      Pros

      The pay was good to start but raises are almost non existent. Three percent was the maximum and management would find any reason they could to reduce it to nothing. We were producing aircraft in record times and they still took away all our bonuses. Poor management from the Vice President has caused them to lose multiple contracts.

      Cons

      Management is uneducated and make fundamental errors in decision making.
