      Pros

      Basingstoke management are all friendly and pool together to get the job done.

      Cons

      Family run business - toxic workplace environment if working directly for family HOD’s. Management look at everything through rose tinted glasses and are quick to back stab a member of staff.

      Pros

      Nice hours, with a paid lunch

      Cons

      Was told I would be paid one thing (yearly), but was paid another thing (hourly). Was treated different than the people that had been there for 5+ years. Favoritism was a big downfall
