Pros

My learning has improved significantly as I am working on cutting edge technology products. We interact with our company CEO and other leaders regularly and everyone is so approachable and caring. I joined the company when it was very small and we are now close to 250 people and growing. I am able to try out a lot of things in AI and I get full support from my leadership team unlike the companies I worked before where you have to ask for permission to do anything.

Cons

It is 5 days a week in office but we can wfh after manager approval, if a valid reason.

Pros

I joined VeARC Technologies as an intern in May 2025 and later transitioned into a full-time System Analyst role. The journey so far has been highly enriching, especially for someone early in their career. The organization provides strong exposure to real-world insurance technology through the Tinubu Skye platform. I had the opportunity to work on product configuration, feature enhancements, API integrations, and testing using tools like Postman. There is also encouragement to explore independently through POCs, which significantly helps in building confidence and problem-solving skills. One of the standout aspects is the collaborative culture. Teams are supportive, and there is good access to the Product team, which helps in understanding both technical and business perspectives. Regular knowledge-sharing sessions, along with company-wide initiatives like All Hands and Town Halls, provide visibility into the broader business and portfolio performance. The work environment is positive and engaging, with opportunities to participate in team outings, informal activities, and internal events that strengthen team bonding.

Cons

At times, communication across teams can be slightly delayed due to dependencies, which may slow down decision-making in certain situations. Additionally, as the organization grows, maintaining the same level of cross-team visibility and alignment can sometimes be challenging.
