You work with really great people, honestly most of my friends in new york are my coworkers and I think the culture there is amazing. I have also really learned a lot and experience some really cool things because of the opportunties provided to me at Vayner.
The salary is decent and pays higher than most associate level roles at other agencies. People are nice at the office but not the most approachable sometimes. The job does get boring and repetitive.
Cons
Sometimes have to work long hours due to lack of communication from higher ups. Some higher ups can come off as hard to approach and judgmental. Difficult to socialize sometimes and leads to isolation and under appreciated on the team.
