      Everyone in the company is incredibly approachable and there is a great sense of community amongst teams of brilliant, driven, hardworking individuals.

      Cons

      Management has a tendency to overpromise timelines resulting in protracted sprints. Some engineering leadership have a tendency to focus on unproven R&D endeavors over more practical solutions.

      Pros

      - The people *were* amazing. Too bad they all got fired. - Dogs in the office was great, but no longer are there cause of the people that were fired

      Cons

      - Will lay off tons of people in one go without any sort of communication - management is ALLERGIC to making any logical decisions about engineering or people. Like actively find the worst option - “family” talk but then fire people with actual families with no warning - no proper communication about anything, only find things out through gossip - new management is TERRIBLE with the new ceo and others
