      Pros

      Small company Opportunity to own something with little to no knowledge “Unlimited” PTO

      Cons

      They’ll hire diverse people but then they’ll be the first on the chopping block when it’s time to do layoffs. “Family” culture but expect you not to spend time with your real family No direction No clear ownership No clear objectives

      Pros

      - The people *were* amazing. Too bad they all got fired. - Dogs in the office was great, but no longer are there cause of the people that were fired

      Cons

      - Will lay off tons of people in one go without any sort of communication - management is ALLERGIC to making any logical decisions about engineering or people. Like actively find the worst option - “family” talk but then fire people with actual families with no warning - no proper communication about anything, only find things out through gossip - new management is TERRIBLE with the new ceo and others
