Everyone is working hard to build strong employees and increase team work All new management team is dedicated to correct and resolve the "sins of the past". Company is investing much time and money into creating a secure work environment, offering training and giving employees the opportunity for internal growth.
Cons
This company cannot seem to catch a break from the previous bad management who are no longer here. Most reviews that are posted here are from previous employees who were not making a difference and did not want to get up from their chairs to get some work done, sad but true. These disgruntled employees are now gone so Vaupell can move forward.
