When I first started at VASHI I had no luxury jewellery experience. Most brands would never give you the opportunity, however, VASHI doesn't base their judgement on a single CV, everyone is welcome. I started as a Guardian Angel without any solid knowledge on diamonds, however, I was given full training and support throughout the process. The training provided enables you to get up close to the diamonds and participate in the production process, you start to understand the co-creation concept of VASHI. Unlike most luxury brands, each individual is able to truly be themselves, VASHI values each and everyone for their differences and we build a community spirit across all of our stores. There are definitely opportunities for growth within the company, I am fortunate enough to have experienced this, as long as you put in the hard work and prove your determination for a career, VASHI will help you get there.
