Pros
They help their employees get certified. The company has grown since I started working there.
Cons
It was very fast paced and we were loaded with work that became too stressful to work there. We would have about 20+ or 30+ tickets for each tech. Management would pressure employees to complete several tickets in a day and follow up with all tickets each day. Seemed a bit unrealistic since we were always short staffed.
