Working from home. You can make your own schedule, pretty flexible during non "busy season." Industry is lots of fun. Sales Conference is at Disney every few years.
Cons
0 allowance for miles, gas, wear and tear on your car. 0 allowance for "coaches gifts" but are strongly suggested to win and maintain accounts. Rethink 6% company stretch goal across the board.
