Getting your feet wet in software if new to the industry. Decent training provided, but a little too long

Micromanaging culture Overly complex software with complex issues It's often stressful and feeling rushed with customers. Management fires people when they don't need you anymore. Cutthroat culture - the ones who work the hardest gets to stay, the ones who just want to do their job get shown the door. Each new wave of employees is expected to do more than the last set they fired for the same pay. The new employees believe the expectations being put on them is the same as the previous employees but this isn't the case.
