Pros
My job is 100% in-office which is not what I signed up for, but the office culture is great and the people I work with are awesome which completely makes up for it. We all work through highs and lows together and collectively get excited about others' success. IF you are a top achiever, you CAN get promoted in as little as 10 months, which is pretty fast compared to similar companies.
Cons
The new prospect meetings are set so that only a handful of people are able to achieve 100% of quota each month (17 meetings per month). 80% of TDRs float around 60% attainment, and that is considered fine by our standards, you won't be in any trouble, but on a resume that looks awful. A lot of your success depends on who your assigned team lead is, if you have a bad manager, you will not do well and will have a much longer track to promotion. Senior management seems to care very little about TDRs, we are the "grunts" of the company and everyone knows it. Every now and then we'll have a call where they say "We know you guys do all the hard work and we really appreciate it," But it feels mostly like lip service because they'll come back the very next day and raise quota. We're also the only 100% in-office team in the company, when I started we were hybrid which was much more manageable from a work-life balance perspective.
