Pros
They pay your train commute, phone bill, and provide good food. Product they sell is actually great, the job and the people you work with is just not fun.
Cons
Be ready to get mico managed, and not even by your boss, but by your co-workers! I started off learning the demo of the product and it was way too scripted. Took me about 2-3 months to finally get it down. I went on my first call with the customer and the job just felt like i was making cold calls. I promised myself that would be my last call at this company. Luckily I had a feeling this would happen so I applied to jobs a month earlier, got a new job the day of my first and last call at Varonis and you guessed it; couldn't be happier to put in my 2 week notice!
