Pros
Great culture, responsive (but hands off) bosses, excellent benefits, great communication on processes. I've never felt more supported coming on board in a new role, especially being stuck fully remote with no physical office access.
Cons
None as of yet, the few blips that came up (HR communication and role training) were quickly addressed and handled.
