Pros
Varitronics is a good company filled with a lot of great people. I had an amazing manager who worked to help me improve in areas we decided I should work on. I learned a lot from her and from the Varitronics professional development incentive.
Cons
The biggest con to working for Varitronics was how many of the people have worked there for decades and like to do things kind of how they've always been done. It was difficult to encourage people to take initiative and try doing things in new and different ways.
